As the Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily activities of the Safety Department, serving as a liaison to the field, and specializing in Driver qualification files. 

Responsibilities Manage Driver hiring and qualifications in assigned regions (review driver applications and motor vehicle records, conduct background checks, and ensure all Drivers meet DOT requirements).Audit and complete Annual Reviews and Periodic Qualification Reviews.Maintain driver qualification files in accordance with applicable DOT regulations.Audit Safety incident reports for accuracy and consistency.Assist with managing the Dock to Driver/ELDT Program.Aid with managing DOT compliance among drivers returning from medical leave.Assist with incident investigations and corrective action.Create emergency evacuation plan maps.Assist in sending supplies to service centers.Review self-certification compliance among recently hired drivers.Compile and analyze date using Microsoft Excel.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Assist on various projects within the Safety Department.Other Safety-related tasks/activities.
