Airswift is seeking for a Safety Advisor to work with our client based in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Safety Advisor to support an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) project in Saudi Arabia. The Safety Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and implementing effective risk management strategies. The role requires extensive experience in offshore and onshore construction projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure HSE compliance across all phases of the EPCI project, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Enforce adherence to local and international HSE standards and best practices. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel. Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety violations, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions. Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns to promote a strong safety culture. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations. Ensure proper implementation of permit-to-work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification procedures. Monitor occupational health and environmental impact to ensure compliance and sustainability. Liaise with subcontractors and regulatory authorities to maintain high safety standards. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) or equivalent certification is mandatory. 5+ years of experience in HSE roles within the offshore/onshore oil & gas industry. In-depth knowledge of EPCI project safety requirements, risk management, and hazard control. Experience in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis. Strong communication, leadership, and training skills. Ability to work in a high-risk environment and make sound decisions under pressure. Preferred Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour / 40-Hour Training in Construction Safety. ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification. HAZOP / HAZID Risk Assessment Training. Offshore Survival & HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training).
