Job Description

Onin Staffing is now hiring a dedicated and experienced Safety DOT Compliance Coordinator to oversee and implement comprehensive safety programs across our nationwide branches. This is a Direct Hire Position.

Pay Rate: $25-$27 / hour

1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.Conduct regular safety inspections, accident investigations, and training programs.Oversee fleet safety operations, including DOT compliance and driver training.Coordinate emergency response planning and drills.Analyze safety data and identify trends to implement preventative measures.Collaborate with management to promote a strong safety culture.


Work Experience

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in safety training and coordination2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite2+ years of DOT compliance experienceStrong knowledge of OSHA regulationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to travel to various branch locations
