QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Engineering or any related field At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Auditor in the construction industry OSH practitioner Has OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 background Internal Auditor's course in OHSAS 18001 is an advantage

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant COSH legislation and best practices and provide updates on a monthly basis on all new or amended COSH legislation Monitor the compliance of all work practices and procedures done at the project site to the COSH standards Ensure the company’s compliance with all the safety, health, and environmental regulatory bodies and standards Examine the compliance of the subcontractors with the COSH standards, the company’s safety plans, and legal guidelines Lead investigations of all accidents and near-miss incidents and prepare a report Analyze injury case studies and other safety statistics Monitor compliance with COSH policies and laws by performing audit inspections Prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures and ensure measures will be implemented Conduct visits to job sites to evaluate facilities, working conditions, and other health, safety, and environmental items Maintain all COSH-related documents of the entire project
