This role involves assessing workplace environments, identifying risks, and developing strategies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred.Certifications like CSP, OHST, or ARM are a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years in a safety consulting or related role.In-depth understanding of safety standards, including OSHA and EPA regulations.Strong analytical skills for evaluating workplace safety issues and proposing effective solutions.Excellent communication and presentation abilities for conducting training and reporting findings.Proficiency with safety management tools and software.Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail Responsibilities:Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and verify compliance with applicable regulations.Analyze potential workplace risks, recommend preventive measures, and implement strategies to minimize accidents and injuries.Design and maintain comprehensive safety programs tailored to organizational needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.Stay updated on safety legislation and standards, ensuring all company policies meet or exceed compliance criteria.Prepare and deliver engaging safety training sessions for employees and management, fostering a culture of safety awareness.Examine workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Maintain detailed and accurate records of safety inspections, compliance reports, and incident investigations. Provide regular updates to management on safety performance metrics.Recommend appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools to reduce risks.Support the development and execution of emergency response plans, ensuring readiness for potential crises.  Your New Organization:

The pay rate for this position is $55/hr.–$60/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
