Divisional Safety Coordinator responsible for all aspects of division safety performance, reporting, and adherence.

Responsibilities OSHA, Health, & Safety Recordkeeping and ReportingAssist in the development and implementation of safety controlsSafety compliance with Federal, State and Local lawsCoordinating, conducting, and tracking monthly safety training and eventsParticipate in New Hire orientation and trainingSafety alert distribution and preparationCorporate reporting dutiesPerform safety audits and walk throughs and communicate the resultsPolicy and Program maintenance and reviewsSafety process improvement project managementJSA, LOTOTO, SOP, and Risk Assessment development and revisionsIncident investigation, review, and follow-up Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in safety or a safety-related field and/or 2-yrs or more experience in a safety functionExcellent computer skills preferably in Word, Excel, Power Point & OutlookAbility to skillfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projectsHighly effective leadership and communication skillsTravel requirements – intercompany, education, & benchmarkingAbility to work cohesively with safety and medical teamFirst Aid/CPR/AED/Fall Protection Competent Person Certified Preferred
