Job Title: Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator

Description: Seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular job site inspections to identify, document, and recommend mitigation of hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions and verify corrective actions have been completed.Support incident investigations, including interviews, data compilation, photographs, and completing proper documentation.Evaluate various planning/permits such as Hot Work, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Excavation, Steel Erection, Energized Work, Pre-cast Tilt-Up for effective and appropriate mitigation techniques.Apply industrial hygiene principles and techniques in areas such as hearing conservation, lasers, silica, asbestos, and lead work.Understand fire protection and flammable/combustible materials storage/management.Maintain working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

GED or Associate's degree (preferred)Field safety experienceBilingual (Spanish)OSHA 30 (minimum) OSHA 500 (preference)

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
