Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our EHS team. The successful candidate will support the Corporate Safety Manager in ensuring safety on all project sites for our facilities. This role involves visiting active sites, conducting safety inspections, and coaching employees on safety protocols.
ResponsibilitiesVisit active sites to ensure project teams are following OSHA regulations and have the proper PPE and equipment to perform their work safely.Conduct annual inspections of all business parks and safety systems across the entire portfolio, and report findings to management.Conduct employee safety observations and coach employees on proper safety protocols.Provide support to the Safety Manager, including new hire orientation, PPE management, safety trainings, and data entry.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.Experience in construction safety and site safety.Proficiency in safety training and safety procedures.Understanding of environmental health and safety (EHS) audits and inspections.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree is required, ideally in an EHS-related field. Other degrees may be considered with internship or field safety experience.Field experience in any construction-related market.Strong interest in continuing to grow in the EHS field.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00
