Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Safety Director to lead and manage the safety programs for our construction and solar divisions. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety programs for construction and solar divisions.Manage the safety division to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Conduct safety training sessions and workshops.Oversee OSHA compliance and ensure all safety protocols are followed.Essential SkillsExpertise in construction safety management.Proficiency with OSHA 500 regulations.Experience in conducting safety training.Strong leadership skills in safety management.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to teach and conduct OSHA classes.Work Environment
This position is based onsite in our office, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on safety and compliance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
