Position Overview:

We are seeking a proven and determined Safety Manager (or E4 Leader) to lead our efforts in maintaining a flawless and secure work environment in Tainan Site. This role is pivotal to our mission of encouraging the world to learn, communicate, and advance faster than ever. As a Safety Manager at Micron, you will successfully implement safety protocols and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs and protocols to ensure a strictly safe working environment.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and address safety risks and ensure compliance with local regulations.Provide training and mentorship to employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures.Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
