YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Assist TEG Group Leader to promote the various HSE work of the plant, use PHA, OHSRA and other analysis methods to carry out risk management and control to ensure the safe and compliant operation. 协助技术专家团队推进工厂各项HSE工作，运用PHA，OHSRA等分析方法进行风险管控，确保工厂的安全、合规运行： Assist TEG Group Leader to continuously sort out and optimize the HSE management system. 协助技术专家团队不断梳理、优化工厂的HSE管理体系； Assist TEG Group Leader to formulate an annual training plan , And coordinate andtrack the completion of the annual training plan in time. 协助技术专家团队制定年度培训计划，并及时协调、跟踪年度培训计划的完成情况；Assist TEG Group Leader to complete the organization and implementation of various plant HSE activities. 协助技术专家团队完成各项工厂HSE活动的组织和执行； Organize the safety inspection of each area of the plant according to the plan, and track the implementation of each rectification item in time. 按计划组织工厂各区域的安全检查，及时跟踪各整改项的落实情况； Responsible for plant safety alarms System management, including fire alarm system, various gas alarm systems, etc. 负责工厂安全报警系统的管理，包括消防报警系统、各气体报警系统等； Responsible for coordinating the license maintenance and management of factories, equipment, and personnel. 负责协调工厂、设备、人员的证照维护、管理； Coordinating and organizing incident reporting, investigation and subsequent cause analysis and implementation of measures. 协调组织事件汇报，调查及后续的原因分析和措施落实工作； Completing factory occupational health management related Work. 完成工厂职业健康管理相关工作； Complete daily monitoring and data analysis related to factory environmental protection, assist in formulating energy-saving projects, waste management optimization, etc. 完成工厂环境保护相关的日常监测，数据分析，协助制定节能项目、废弃物管理优化等； Other tasks arranged by the leader. 领导安排的其它工作。

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bachelor or equivalent in engineering/ Health, safety and environment or other related areas; 工程/健康安全环境相关专业本科学历； Good communication skills in English (both verbal and writing); 良好的英语沟通能力（口语和写作）； Good skills in MS Office software, esp. Excel and PowerPoint. 良好的办公软件操作能力，特别在Excel和PowerPoint 方面； With a strong sense of responsibility to work; strong competence in communication, coordination; 对工作具有较强的责任心；有较强协调能力和沟通能力； Experience on machinery safety and electrical safety is preferred; 在机械安全，电气安全方面有经验的优先考虑。
