Job Summary:

You will serve as the key technical expert resource and be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the key safety procedures of Shanghai Disney Resort. You will provide daily safety operation guidelines for Entertainment Team. You will provide safety leadership supervision, and give feedback to relevant line of businesses and safety team for the development, implementation and maintenance of key safety plans and procedures. You will use reasonable and appropriate safety technical standards and regulations, and rule judgments to implement and resolve the safety issues in response. You will lead the relevant teams to identify, evaluate, analyze and resolve the safety issues encountered during the operation work.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooperate with Shanghai Disney Resort safety services team to maintain and develop safety procedures for Shanghai Disney Resort in compliance with Disney Best Practice and local safety standards and regulations;Guide and support Entertainment department during theater show, stage show, atmosphere show,  and stage lighting, and show set, stage setup/demolish, costuming, props safety etc. to perform SHDR safety procedures properly;Support business department in conducting job risk analysis, providing assistance and support to business department with safety technical resources, and assessing business department cooperation and safety practices;Assist business department in the investigation and analysis of safety incidents/accidents, and provide safety technical solutions; and make relevant safety Tips and safety promotion;Analyze the safety indicators for each business department, the trend of safety statistics, and propose the safety improvement solution/plan for each business department;Work closely with the business department to conduct a safety assessment for working areas, identify unsafe conditions and unsafe behavior, and propose safety improvement plans appropriately;Provide appropriate safety training and good safety practicesEvaluate the safety performance of each business department on a regular basis and propose a corresponding safety improvement plan;Establish good relationships with business department, improve communication skills, and enhance cooperation with business department.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above;Fluent in English reading and writing, communication smoothly;5-8 years above industrial safety experience required in a related field (Industrial and trade enterprises, petrochemical safety, construction safety, manufacturing, maintenance and repair, hospital/hotel/theater, transportation logistics or warehousing industry, etc.);Certified Safety Engineer is preferred;
