Monitored Critical Activities on site & corrected the unsafe practices followed by the workforce. Ensure implementation and Monitoring of Permit to Work System. Provide Technical Safety Training on firefighting, Scaffolding, Material Handling Procedure, Electrical safety, Excavation safety, Working at height, Confined space entry, Rescue etc. Updating the observations on daily basis in observation book for records. Identification of Hazard, Risk, and Unsafe condition, Unsafe act & provide rectification immediately. Near miss reporting & Investigation to avoid any major accidents. Daily safety patrolling for evaluates the contractor safety performance. Periodic inspection of fire extinguisher. Check the HIRA, JSA, METHOD STATEMENT etc. of all activities for better safety improvement. Governing process through Gensuite application. Periodic inspection of PPE’s, lifting tools tackles Electrical equipment, Crane, hydra, travelling & Transport vehicles & machineries etc.  Monthly Safety meeting with contractors to develop a good safety culture at site. Implementation and monitoring of the company safety policy. Develop emergency preparedness through mock drills and training. Carry out periodic assessment and auditing, to ensure the system effectiveness.
