Manage plant maintenance and safety action functions to ensure employee safety and compliance with company standards. This role will bring proactive and preventative maintenance, provide effective manufacturing safety actions, and implement safety programs.

What Success Looks Like:

Direct maintenance of plant assets and safety systems definition and installation Participate in process analysis and optimization, continuous improvement, and general safety concepts Direct the designing and implementation of programs within the plant Serve as the main point of contact for outside contractors for special safety projects Direct purchasing of maintenance tools, parts, equipment, and supplies related to safety projects

 

What You Bring:

4-year experience in a maintenance technician role or senior technician role High school diploma Strong leadership and sound decision-making abilities Goal oriented and self-directed with little supervision Machining, welding, fabricating, electrical, and mechanical skills Computer literacy (Microsoft, excel, word, project, and AutoCAD) Willingness to travel to and work in different plants several days a week within MN, WI, and ND

 

The targeted salary range for this position is $21.02 to $31.52 commensurate with experience and bonus eligible.
