Role description:

Chair risk review meetings and facilitate risk workshops. Conduct risk assessment, review method statement and coordinate all the inputs and outputs required for development of risk register and reports. Undertake system assurance activities and operational incident reviews as necessary. Share lessons learnt and drive improvement in risk awareness and good practices. Provide training and coaching to the service delivery teams and clients to share international and industry best practices on risk management. Support the development of the risk management functions within the group

 

Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences as risk management consultants for railway, international projects other industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leading role. Leading and demonstrable experiences in technical review of method statements, risk assessment, implementation of risk management principles and facilitation of risk workshops. Report writing & work alongside with Project Managers Experience in New build & demolition would be a plus Certificated Safety Professional is needed, Registered is optional Successful track record in deploying risk management and systems assurance solutions in project and operational environments. Experience in working in consultancy, and with external stakeholders, contractors and end users. Good command of English & Cantonese
