**Safety Officer – Full Time** _Former military / law enforcement encouraged to apply!!_ **Location:** Lehi, UT **Rate:** $29.50/HR **Overview:** The Safety Officer plays a vital role in protecting company assets and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, guests, and visitors. This position supports the client’s safety programs, provides emergency medical assistance when needed, and helps lead day-to-day safety operations. **Key Responsibilities -** **Operations:** + Assist with special event coverage as needed. + Ensure security team compliance with company, OSHA, and client policies and procedures. + Help manage monthly officer training, including hands-on medical drills, monthly safety briefings, and topics. **Safety & Emergency Response:** + Respond to medical emergencies, evacuations, fires, and other incidents. + Conduct and lead emergency drills and medical training sessions – including Emergency Response Team trainings every quarter. + Provide CPR, First Aid, and AED training to staff and family members. + Ensure all required officer certifications are current and documented. + Travel to sites throughout the Western United States and provide emergency response training and site inspections – About once per quarter. **Inspections & Reporting:** + Perform regular safety, fire extinguisher, and AED inspections. + Write and review medical incident reports. + Conduct workplace safety inspections and recommend improvements. **Administrative Support:** + Support the client's Safety Program through: + Ergonomic assessments and tracking. + Emergency Response Team (ERT) coordination and training. + Inventory management of emergency and first aid supplies. **What We Offer:** + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability Insurance, EAP, Plus 401K Options. + Virtual Medical Appointments With Telemedicine. + Paid Time Off, Weekly Pay, Paid Training, & Free Uniforms. + Discounts On Childcare, Pet Daycare, Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel & So Much More! **Qualifications:** Required: + 18 years of age or older. + High School Diploma or GED Required. + Current NREMT certification. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Effective project and task management skills.
