In the role of SHE Recordkeeping Administrator, we’ll count on you to:

Set up courses and enter records of completed courses in our Learning Management System (LMS) and mail certificates and cards of completion.Enroll employees in external safety courses (OSHA, MSHA, FRA, etc.) and enter completion in LMS; mail certificates and cards of completion.Print materials for live instructor training courses.Assist with other projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Current enrollment in an associate, undergraduate, or graduate school program at a college or university within a 25-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska.Ability to work 20 hours per week in the office.Ability to manage workload effectively including plan, coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.Ability to communicate through written and verbal correspondence.Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
