In the role of Safety Recordkeeping Intern, we’ll count on you to:
Set up courses and enter records of completed courses in our Learning Management System (LMS) and mail certificates and cards of completion.Enroll employees in external safety courses (OSHA, MSHA, FRA, etc.) and enter completion in LMS; mail certificates and cards of completion.Print materials for live instructor training courses.Assist with other projects as assigned.Preferred QualificationsCurrent enrollment in an associate, undergraduate, or graduate school program at a college or university within a 25-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska.Ability to work 20 hours per week in the office.Ability to manage workload effectively including plan, coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.Ability to communicate through written and verbal correspondence.Required QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program Attention to detail a must Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
