ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance, identify potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions.Design and deliver training programs on safety practices, emergency response, first aid, CPR, new hire orientation, and workers' compensation procedures.Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance reports.Chair monthly safety committee meetings.Serve as a resource for employees regarding safety concerns, providing guidance on best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.Manage and update the OSHA 300 log.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to occupational health and safety.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.Experience as a safety coordinator within an industrial or manufacturing environment.OSHA certifications (OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 501).Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00
