The role requires on-site work two days a week. _This position is a US Federal Government contract role, and candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders who have resided in the US for at least three years and can obtain a public trust clearance._ _This contract consulting position offers a comprehensive benefits package for W-2 consultants, including medical, dental, vision, disability, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, weekly payment, and more._ Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + The SailPoint Senior IAM Engineer will design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, integrating with enterprise systems to enhance security, streamline identity lifecycle management, and ensure compliance. + Design and implement integrated lifecycle management processes and mandatory user re-authentication within large, complex enterprise environments using SailPoint, ensuring efficient identity management and seamless system integration. + Integrate SailPoint infrastructure with ServiceNow and maintain solutions across development, testing, and production environments. + Support ILM workflows for Privileged Account Management (PAM) tools and Active Directory. + Deploy software updates, conduct vulnerability assessments, and report on SailPoint IdentityIQ operations. + Provide on-call support, document disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with change management processes. **Experience Requirements:** + Minimum 8 years of total IT experience with a recent focus in IAM and SailPoint, including engineering design, administration, integration, proof of concept development, and analysis documentation. + SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification or willingness to obtain this certification in your first year. + Hands-on experience in SailPoint system administration, including Active Directory and HR system integration and lifecycle management. + Strong expertise in Active Directory management, including Group Policy, AD schema, PKI, and PowerShell scripting. + Working knowledge of SQL Server 2019, including data modeling, schema design, and database maintenance. **Preferred Skills:** + Familiarity with SailPoint integration with CyberArk PAM. + Experience maintaining connectors and integrations for SailPoint. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
