Saint Joseph VNA Home Care: Medical Social Worker (Part-time)
**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** **Description:** We are seeking a **Medical Social Worker** for either **part-time (minimum 20 hours/week)** or **contingent/as-needed** (flexible schedule) roles. In this position, you will deliver professional social services to patients based on physician orders, adhering to state and federal regulations as well as agency policies.
