Salad/Prep Cook

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Salad/Prep Cook to assist our culinary team in preparing various ingredients, assembling salads, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits for salads according to provided recipes.
2. Prepare dressings, sauces, and other components needed for salad assembly.
3. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and notifying management of any shortages.
4. Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
5. Follow food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a Salad/Prep Cook or similar role in a food service establishment.
2. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.
3. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment.
