Salary Controller

AppsFlyer's Finance Team is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to jump on board and join our team of Salary Controllers. What you’ll do:

Prepare and analyze the entire salary process for 900+ employees in Israel Take responsibility for the end of the month/quarter closure and reporting, including salary analysis for the accounting team Work closely with employees, Legal, HR and external consulting companies on salary-related issues Take responsibility for updating and verifying salary data in the payroll system (onboarding and departing employees, etc.) Prepare and review relevant reporting and forms for the tax authorities Review employees’ attendance reports Work with external auditing firms Support salary-related activities

What you have:

Relevant salary certifications Broad familiarity with Israeli labor and salary laws At least 4 years of salary experience at a startup/high tech company with a global presence Ability to work under pressure and deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment Knowledge of Excel and the Hilan Pro salary system and Hilanet attendance system High level of accuracy and integrity Strong analytical skills High-level proficiency in both written and spoken English - advantage
