Sales, Government Enterprise Client Executive - Diagnostic Imaging & Image Guided Therapy (Remote-Based, USA)
As a **Government Client Executive** , you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and client success within the Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guided Therapy businesses. This high-impact position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, working with both external and internal stakeholders to execute on those strategies to meet evolving market demands and customer needs. **Your role:** + Serve as the primary point of contact for Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guided Therapy businesses, ensuring consistent communication and driving sales strategy. + Anticipate and respond to evolving Government client needs with professionalism and empathy and foster trust and loyalty through a consultative, relationship-driven approach. + Act as a liaison across departments to ensure seamless execution of Government initiatives and coordinate efforts across sales, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to maintain a government-ready portfolio. + Oversee key deliverables including catalog/price list management, TAA compliance, and cybersecurity readiness and partner with Government Reseller partners as needed to track deal progress and maintain alignment with Philips objectives. + Demonstrated ability to lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales experience (government experience preferred) + You have a proven experience in customer-facing experience in strategic sales, customer success management, marketing, or field service, preferably in healthcare or medical technology and have a strong understanding of Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guided Therapy technology and markets. + You have a Bachelors Degree; MBA preferred. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. + You’re a strong business relationship builder and have proven ability to find creative solutions to customer and sales issues **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $240,000 to $275,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
