Sales, Key Account Manager – Dental Service Organizations (DSO), Oral Health (East Zone)

In this role you will have the responsibility to serve as a subject matter expert for the DSO customer base communicating best practices to influence at the office and regional level for mid-market DSO accounts.

Your role:

Develop co-travel/coaching protocols to elevate the Field Sales DSO in office expertise, execution, and production.Responsible for implementing distinct protocols and initiatives under the direction of the Director of Corporate Accounts and Director of Operations.Investigate, analyze, and make recommendations for business opportunities by leveraging available Philips’s data to direct field sales DSO office visits to drive volume.Raise awareness of the Philips Oral Care product portfolio by attending regional meetings for top DSO’s.Perform monthly Business Updates with Philips Regional Managers to highlight DSO coverage and volume gaps and assist territory representatives with the execution of specific account strategies at a local level.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience in dental industry, and DSO experience preferredExperience in long-selling cycle and pipeline managementStrong analytical and organizational skills and extremely detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple projects and work with a variety of other disciplines both inside and outside the organizationTravel upwards of 50% of the timeYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $114,750 to $162,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.
