Join our Beauty & Care EMEA team as a Sales Account Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Account Managers, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, customers, and internal teams. Your key responsabilities
1.Administrative Support to Regional Account Managers B&C including:
Assist the regional sales team in day-to-day operations and provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings,Help to respond to client inquiries regarding products, standard product documentation, regulatory requests, pricing, samples and orders,Follow-up internally and externally across activities to meet customer satisfactionSupport sales team on the management of reoccurring tender events,Help to monitoring contracts, budget processes, and allocations for critical products,Organize and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and presentations.
2. Customer and Distributor Support Activities:
Respond on standard documentation, regulatory and availability inquiries,Follow-up of customer-specific documentation (CASE in CRM),Help to prepare distributor trainings and follow-up,Follow-up on quality complaints and shelf-life extension requests.
3. Additional Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Trademark License Agreements (TLAs) as per guidelines,Handling pricing discrepancies and surcharge issues in collaboration with customer service,Help to follow-up with Legal on contracts and coordination of signatures,Support for forecasting product availability and order releases with customer service.

You bring
At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial assistant or business support roles.University degree or relevant apprenticeship,Experience with customer and sales support processes, including regulatory documentation.Strong commercial and customer excellence acumen,High level of accuracy and attention to detail,Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills,Fluent in business English (verbal and written); and GermanProficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as SAP, CRM, SharePoint, and Power BI,Good understanding of sales processes, order-to-cash workflows, and pricing tools,Proactive mindset with strong service orientation,Team player with excellent networking and social skills,Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
