The Opportunity The Sales Account Executive, Enterprise is responsible for selling our newest Kardia 12-lead ECG alongside our AliveCor suite of devices, software and service offerings to new and existing customers within North America. This requires a number of capabilities including deep knowledge of the healthcare industry space, advanced AI, Cardiac ECG devices, Point of Care as well as Remote Monitoring solutions. A Sales Account Executive needs to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners within health systems, private and public clinics, and individual providers (Cardiology, EP, PCP, Oncology, Psychiatry). Candidates must have strong business development and solution selling skills along with tenacity to exceed sales objectives. A Sales Account Executive is expected to quickly assess client needs, develop custom solutions, and present compelling Value Prop including ROI to close sales. This role is responsible for all steps in the sales process including lead management, executing proposal, contracting, implementing, training, and billing. This role requires a minimum of 50% travel for onsite client meetings as well as supporting key conferences.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify key customer target segments for Kardia 12L program development Understand current cardiac clinical pathways and workflows that incorporate KardiaMobile devices as well as AliveCor’s frontend and backend platforms that best align to specific patient populations to drive clinical efficiencies, increased clinical outcomes and improved Provider and Patient experiencesLead implementation efforts for new clients with multiple stake-holders (eg. physicians, administrators, etc.) workflow and/or reimbursement complexitiesResponsible for driving the relationship with some of our largest hospital and health system customers. Serve as a trusted advisor and partner, navigating the customer on their journey from onboarding, and implementation to renewal and expansionExpertly orchestrate across multiple stakeholders within the health system. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs/goals and work to ensure that AliveCor and the customer have a shared definition of successFacilitate customer training, implementation, performance measurement, and expansionContinually share educational resources, training, and best practicesBuild relationships that turn your customers into power users and advocates of AliveCorSynthesize customer feedback and work with product, QA, and engineering to continually improve our devices/platforms. Bring additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption by identifying opportunities for expansionParticipates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awarenessIdentifies and facilitates execution on sales opportunities with AliveCor partnersManage the complex sales process of our Kardia 12L device and additional AliveCor products and services into clinics, health systems, hospitals, and expand existing customer baseBuild support from clinicians, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and administrators for AliveCorIdentify key customer segments, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the AliveCor products and services within North America sales territory Execute sales including successful implementation and effective utilization of solutions to achieve an outstanding client experienceWork with internal sales leadership to continually innovate and meet the needs of our clients and patientsDevelop strong relationships with key clinical leaders, senior health system executives, and department administratorsManage all steps of the sales processAchieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree required; clinical education highly desired5+ years of cardiac rhythm management industry training and experience required7+ years of business-to-business selling success in the healthcare setting (Providers, Hospitals and Health Systems)Proficiency with collaboration applications and software (Google Suite, ZoomInfo, Slack, Box, IronClad, etc.) Proficiency with CRM platforms (Sales Force) Experience selling SaaS, API, SDK and Medical Devices direct to Providers and HealthSystemsIndividual Contributor able to work independently, self-motivated, resilientStrong Presentation and Communication Skills – onsite & remoteEffective at full opportunity development from cold calling, email campaigns, lead management, contracting, expanding current clients and developing reference accountsSuperior critical thinking and problem-solving skillsClinical knowledge/experience (Cardiac specialty preferred)Proven Consultative and Financial Selling skills with Providers & Health Systems.Familiar with Reimbursement models, ICD 10/11 codes, RPM, CCM, PCMStrong Results Orientation to consistently generate high amount of lead & sales activity that results in consistent goal/plan attainmentThrive in an environment that is fast paced and continuously develops new technology, AI and leads the industryTeam Player with natural ability to collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Clinical, Product and Engineering teams
