About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Key Enterprise Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition across large, complex organizations. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on winning net-new logos and unlocking new revenue streams. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute a focused go-to-market strategy.
This is a hybrid role! Our sales organization visits our Austin, TX office weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Day to Day
Own and drive full-cycle sales efforts to acquire net-new enterprise customers
Lead discovery and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions aligned to customer pain points
Navigate complex buying groups and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Collaborate with BDRs and Partner Account Managers to generate and close qualified pipeline
Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce
Proven ability to guide complex deals through procurement challenges, including legal, security, and compliance reviews.
Consistent overachieve sales targets, with a history of exceeding quota in high-performance environments.
Qualifications
8+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience with a strong emphasis on net-new logo acquisition
3+ years of enterprise sales experience
Executive-level communication and relationship-building capabilities
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Sandler, or similar enterprise sales frameworks

Base Salary / Variable / OTE
$90,000 base / $90,000 variable / $180,000 OTE

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The cash compensation package above includes base pay plus on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. Sales incentive plans are uncapped with significant earning potential.
