Sales Account Executive
Introduction JOIN US! We seek a Sales Account Executive to join our SymphonyAI Retail team, based in Dubai. As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail team, you will work closely with regional clients and internal teams to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across the Middle East. Your role will be pivotal in building strong client relationships, particularly with tier 1 and 2 grocery retailers, and delivering innovative AI solutions that support their business objectives and align with our strategic goals. Job Description What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand SymphonyAI’s footprint in the Middle East region. Engage with prospective and existing clients within the retail sector, focusing on tier 1 and 2 grocery retailers, to understand their business challenges and present tailored AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Negotiate and close complex deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization, with a strong focus on new business development. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive client satisfaction and retention. What You’ll Bring Retail Experience: Proven experience in the retail industry, particularly with tier 1 and 2 grocery retailers, and a strong understanding of their operational challenges and needs. New Business Hunter: Demonstrated ability and track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on growth and expansion. Regional Expertise: Understanding of the Middle East market dynamics and business culture, with existing connections and networks being a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and engage with senior-level stakeholders. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner for their business.
