​​The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical sales, they will possess a business background that enables them to drive customer engagement at the executive level, and they will have a technical background that enables them to easily communicate the details of our product offerings while interacting with the technical contacts of our customers. This will be an independent contributor role. 

Expectations for SuccessHunter Role - need to have extensive experience in identifying, qualifying and closing new customersResponsible for sales activities with new prospectsAct as client’s primary point for onboarding new products and servicesDemonstrate product offerings and value propositions to customers via web or in-person meetingsActively develop and grow relationships across your customer’s business and technical organizationsEducate and support our clients to ensure optimum utilization of our product suiteProvide sales support to a customer base that consists mostly of seasoned technical, engineers, marketing, legal and or procurement staff.Engage with Director and Senior executives in support of their business needsPartner internally with the technical account management team and sales directors to periodically review account health and identify opportunities for future growth within your accountsChampion and advocate for customer requirements within Ookla by being the customer’s voice internally.Continually develop your own knowledge and application of new technologies to support and enable growth of our customers.
