??Role Overview
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be the face of ABCO's service-first philosophy. You will build and manage relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and retail clients, offering tailored maintenance solutions that simplify their operations and elevate their brand image. Your goal: drive revenue growth by positioning ABCO as the go-to provider for comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective facility services.
??Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients across NY, NJ, PA and CT
+ Conduct needs assessments to propose customized service packages
+ Present ABCO's full range of offerings-from janitorial and handyman services to emergency repairs
+ Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional client service and follow-through
+ Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery
+ Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback using CRM tools
Position Requirements
👤Ideal Candidate
+ Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities maintenance, property management, or commercial services
+ Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and client pain points
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
+ Self-starter with a consultative sales approach and a customer-first mindset
+ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
