Introduction JOIN US! We seek a Sales Account Executive to join our SymphonyAI Retail team, based in the Nordics. As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail team, you will work closely with our marketing and business development departments to drive sales growth for our Retail solutions. You'll play a critical role in building relationships with potential clients and developing a robust sales pipeline within the Nordics market. Job Description What you’ll do Build and foster relationships to develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline for SymphonyAI Retail solutions, guiding prospects from initial contact through to successful closure. Nurture client connections by creating engaging presentations and proposals, actively collaborating with various departments to drive business growth across the Nordic region. Drive sales growth by leveraging collaboration and relationship-building to promote SymphonyAI Retail solutions in the Nordic market. Develop a continuous stream of potential leads, arranging meetings, and demonstrating the value of our solutions to potential clients. Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns, fostering a supportive sales team environment. What you’ll bring Experience in new business development, particularly within supply chain, category management, or customer insight solutions. Success in influencing senior executives, demonstrating the ability to sell the value of our solutions for immediate and long-term growth. Proven Track Record of selling software solutions within the grocery retail sector, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas. Collaborative History of working successfully with Presales experts and a network of contacts within Tier 1 & 2 grocery retailers. Expertise in handling large accounts and large-scale SaaS deals, with the strength to open, negotiate, and close deals collaboratively across the organization. Exceptional Relationship-Building skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities to craft clear and compelling materials for clients.
