Sales Account Executive (SAO)
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The “Sales Account Executive – Corporate Brazil”, will report to the Corporate Sales Manager and the position will be responsible for maximizing revenue and market share focusing on premium revenue growth, leading Delta’s expansion with local TMCs, and managing global and local CSAs. This position interfaces with multiple Delta departments including LAC MNA, Enterprise Sales, Sales Development, and Global Sales Support as well as our Latam JV sales team to execute sales strategies and initiatives maximizing Delta´s presence in the country. **Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):** • Building, maintaining, and managing relationships with all account stakeholders, at varying levels, up to and including C-Suite. • Focus on maximize premium revenue/market share. • Sales Account Executive should work with all key stakeholders involved to maximize performance. • JBA mindset and metal neutral selling and ensure corporate customer awareness of JBA products/programs • Guarantee the execution of the strategy plan with DL and partners. • Sales Account Executive should serve as liaison between the client and the leadership, Sales Development and Sales Support Center. • Position may take on additional sales projects. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Must possess valid passport and the legal right to live and work in Brazil. Role is based in Sao Paulo and will require candidate to travel. **Delta does not Sponsor.** + Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) native Portuguese speaker + Collaborate with cross-functional teams + Proactive, self-motivated, and self-empowerment + Strong commercial background + Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, teamwork, interpersonal and analytical skills + Ability to excel in diverse sales functions, both internally and externally + Excellent understanding of the travel industry, market conditions, competitive threats, and opportunities, and how they interact in the international marketplace + Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with demonstrated ability to speak confidently to large groups and effectively conduct meetings + Must possess solid knowledge in sales processes and procedures + Working knowledge of major software applications (SFDC, Workplace, MS Team, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) + Minimum of 5-year experience in travel industry + Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles + Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority + High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Exhibit the ability to represent Brazilian Sales in a management and account facing setting, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral and written communication strongly preferred.
