Sales Account Manager, Amazon Advertising

We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, analytically driven marketing decisions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage a set of priority advertisers and deliver against challenging advertiser revenue targets at highest CX standards. You nurture sustainable customer relationships, identify and unlock close revenue growth opportunities, and continuously develop your client’s portfolio of products. You will leverage Amazon’s unique proprietary data to provide strategic insight sand personalized campaign recommendations to meet your customer’s business objectives. To empower your client, you will liaise closely with several internal stakeholders, such as Creative, Sales, Product and Retail. The Sales Account Manager’s strategic digital expertise is considered mission critical to unlock incremental value for advertisers, as well as Amazon as their platform.

Key job responsibilities
• Build and apply knowledge of Amazon Advertising full-funnel ad products and measurement to craft tailored proposals for customers.
• Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned book of business.
• Achieve assigned non-revenue business objectives and goals.
• Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.
• Dive deep and develop annual brand and media strategies that map to customer objectives.
• Compile first- and third-party insights to build pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight campaign-level recommendations to optimize quantitative (BRL) and qualitative (CX) results.
• Advocate for customers internally, and utilize internal resources, to drive customer success.
Educate advertisers on Amazon tools, performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
