Bruker Singapore is seeking for a Sales Account Manager to be based in the Singapore office. The Sales Account Manager is pivotal in accelerating commercial success and driving business growth for the Bruker AXS portfolio within Singapore, Malaysia and Pakistan. This role involves developing strategic customer relationships, handling complex sales cycles, and delivering outstanding value to our customers in academia and government industry.
Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to achieve or exceed sales targetsProven ability to drive incremental YOY bookings, create new relationships and manage existing ones, and build loyalty across different business unitsDrive sales pipeline generation through prospecting, customer engagement, and partner teamworkHandle full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs discovery, solution presentation, quoting, negotiation, and closingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key buying influences, including researchers, procurement, finance, and executive decision-makersMaintain deep understanding of customer applications, challenges, and workflowsCollaborate with application specialists, product managers, service teams, and channel partners to deliver tailored solutionsPrepare accurate sales forecasts and reports using SalesforceEnsure high standards of customer satisfaction, post-sales support, and long-term engagementRepresent Bruker AXS Division at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Material Science or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred3+ years of proven sales experience in analytical instrumentation, ideally in x-ray materials characterization, with a strong record of exceeding targets and driving regional growth.Experience conducting customer-facing seminars, technical presentations, and solution-driven discussions.Experience working with and managing channel partners is highly preferred.Comfortable navigating a matrix organization and collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesforceExpected to travel 30% annuallyProficient in English is essential.
