Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Service Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a local Sales Account Manager to join our team to help support a book of clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs while achieving and exceeding performance objectivesResolve customer issues/problems; research and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase salesPartner with CS team for quoting and order management responsibilitiesBroaden client relationships thru contact expansion/referrals for potential growth opportunitiesProactively communicating technology updates, usage, and ensuring adoption for the customerResponsible for managing inventory reports & reorders to ensure client does not run out of productSchedule and participate in client business reviews

You Must Have:

A minimum of a bachelors’ degree or its equivalent with more than 2 years of experience in Sales or in related area or sales aptitudeA self-starter mentality and the ability to operate within an organization independentlyRelentless attitudes towards growth – strong desire to champion double digit growthEffectiveness in building strategic relationships internally/externallyAn entrepreneur attitude with relentless pursuit of new businessEffective client/market planning and consultative selling skillsAbility to create interest and open doors through multiple business development strategiesAbility to develop strategic relationships with clients and partnersAbility to understand client challenges/objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high value propositionEffective skills in making presentations, performing negotiations, and closing business
