How You’ll Do It

Deliver best-in-class Guest experiences from the inquiry stage to post-event follow-upPartner with the DOS (Director of Sales) to foster a “fun” and engaging work environmentMaintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organizationWork to ensure all goals and objectives assigned by the DOS are completed in a timely fashionIdentify opportunities for sales process improvements and communicate them to the DOSWork with the Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of all eventsMeet or exceed outbound sales objectives to grow event salesMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies such as Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureaus, etc.Drive awareness of the Topgolf brand in the communityDemonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of sales experience, industry experience strongly preferredUndergraduate degree preferredWorking knowledge of CRM programsProficient in coaching techniques and able to assist with training of junior team membersStrong negotiation skillsExcellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalismExcellent communication, time management and organization skillsKnowledge of local area business and existing client databaseFriendly, positive, outgoing personality who relates well and gets along with peopleEnergy and enthusiasmA high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrityStrong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Work and PowerPointWillingness to work Saturday

This role is a salaried non-exempt position, scheduled to work 40 hours per week with a Saturday rotation.
