Experienced SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER NEEDED - Salary Range $80k TO $140K ANNUALLY
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description:
The Sales Account Manager's responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, as well as maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Their job involves negotiation, communication, and understanding customer needs. They may also need to identify new business opportunities and work on product development projects. They should also have experience with
+ Developing new business with existing or NEW clients and/or identify areas of improvement
+ Forecast and track key account metrics
+ Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
+ Handle complaints and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and satisfaction

Position Requirements
Requirements
+ Prior sales account management experience of at least 5+ years
+ Retail General Manager experience 5+ years
+ Experience working in the facility maintenance/construction industry preferred
+ Good track record of employment with at least 5 years at one company – no job hopping.
+ Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Strong computer skills
+ Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
+ Tech savvy and comfort in working with computers, phones, and other systems
+ Strong problem-solving skills
