Sales Account Manager
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with existing and new customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will reach out to potential customers, identify their needs and offer solutions that best suit their requirements. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our solutions effectively. Develop account plans and strategies to drive new sales and revenue growth. Proactively address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction. Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure client expectations are met. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance.
