Our team in Dresden, Germany is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our established team. This role supports, builds and develops relationships with KLA customers. You will hold responsibility for
Building strong customer relationships at all levels, working closely with the customer to understand their problems and create a superior customer experience.Setting and tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Monitoring sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Successful development and implementation of global negotiation strategies and their coordinationLeading multi-disciplinary cross companies’ teams toward the achievement of technical and commercial objectives.Coordination and implementation of global strategies to continuously increase customer satisfaction, market share and earnings.Traveling to see customers in Europe and internationally (30-40%)Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's level degree and related work experienceSales and key account management experienceGeneral knowledge of the semiconductor industry is desirable.Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals with an understanding of sales performance metricsAbility to deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customersExperience with Miller Heiman or Conceptual Sales techniques is a plusResult-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication along with accomplished digital literacyGood knowledge of English and German (written and spoken)We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
