This remote role offers autonomy, strategic decision-making, and flexibility, allowing you to contribute meaningfully and grow professionally in a future-focused environment. **What You’ll Do:** + **Engage with Existing Clients:** Strengthen relationships with current customers by understanding their unique needs and positioning _Phoenix_ within the broader Esko ecosystem. + **Prospect New Opportunities:** Identify and reach out to potential clients across USA, showcasing _Phoenix_ as a transformative solution for print optimization. + **Collaborate with Partners for Indirect Sales:** Partner with our network to drive indirect sales, providing resources and support that enable our partners to effectively promote _Phoenix_ within their channels. + **Present Integrated Solutions to Executives:** Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to C-level executives, demonstrating how _Phoenix_ enhances efficiency and productivity as part of Esko's comprehensive offerings. + **Strategize and Execute Sales Efforts:** Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Esko’s objectives, ensuring _Phoenix_ remains competitive. + **Manage Schedule and Travel:** Take ownership of your schedule, balancing remote work with approximately 50% travel across US, including up to four nights away per month. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Experience in Value-Based Selling:** Proven success in value-based selling within the printing or packaging industry; familiarity with production planning technology or MIS solutions is a plus. + **Entrepreneurial Drive and Energy:** A proactive, creative mindset to develop new business and generate results. + **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication in English, plus proficiency in at least one other language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish). + **Collaborative, Consultative Approach:** Skilled in cross-functional teamwork, with a consultative style and strengths in relationship-building, listening, and influencing. + **Flexibility to Travel:** Willingness to travel across US up to 50% of the time, ensuring high-quality, in-person interactions with clients. **About the Role** We’re seeking a passionate, driven **B2B Software Sales Specialist** to lead C-level engagements in packaging, digital printing, workflow automation, or broader MIS software solutions across diverse commercial sectors. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Experience in B2B Software Sales:** Proven track record in selling software solutions to C-level decision-makers, ideally within the packaging, digital printing, or workflow automation sectors. Broader MIS software experience within other industries is also welcome. + **Drive, Energy, and Motivation:** A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow. + **Communication Skills:** Fluent in both English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. + **Collaborative and Consultative Approach:** Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, with a consultative selling style. Strong abilities in relationship building, active listening, influence, and organization are essential. + **Driving License and Travel Flexibility:** Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit customers at least 3–4 days per week for impactful, face-to-face interactions. **US ONLY** **:** The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
