**SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER**
Founded in 1855, Morrison Bros. Co. is a growth-minded designer and manufacturer of quality equipment utilized in the petroleum and chemical industries. We’re seeking candidates for an **Account Manager** in our Sales Department for our **Midwest U.S.** region. Candidates will need to become a knowledge base for all Morrison products and distribution channels. Initial training and orientation will be based at the corporate headquarters in Dubuque, Iowa. The permanent work location will be based in the **Midwest** region of the US and will require frequent travel within that region.
Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities
+ _Customer Communication_ : Interact with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns.
+ _Relationship Building_ : Build strong customer relationships by maintaining existing business and working to acquire new customers.
+ _Internal Collaboration_ : Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customer requests are addressed promptly.
+ _Issue Resolution_ : Handle customer complaints and find solutions to any issues that arise.
+ _Customer Representation_ : Act as the customer's representative within the company, advocating for their needs and improving the overall customer experience.
+ _Data Analysis_ : Collect and analyze data related to customer behavior to understand changing needs.
Account Manager Qualifications
+ _Education_ : Degree preferred but not required. Relevant experience or a background in sales, marketing, or communication is valuable.
+ _Communication Skills_ : Excellent communication skills (including verbal communication and listening skills) are essential for customer interactions, group presentations, and training sessions.
+ _Technology Competence_ : Comfort with computer systems and tools is crucial. Experience with Microsoft programs as well as Salesforce CRM software is a plus.
+ _Mechanical Aptitude_ : Five (5) years of experience in the petroleum equipment industry is preferred.
