Qualifications: + Proven Experience: 5+ years as a Sales Account Manager or similar role in small packaging and plastic manufacturing, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. + Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. + Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. + Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales management or industry-specific training are a plus. (10+ years of experience without a degree is also acceptable.)
