Job description:
Telephone calls and follow up on timely settlement of customer accounts.
Controlling customer accounts in accordance with customer instructions and contracts.
Continuous control of accounts receivable balances and determining payment terms and providing daily reports. .
Control of received checks and receipts with customer payment terms.
Preparation of necessary reports.
Eligibility requirements:
At least three years of experience in the field of finance or sales and collection. Requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Complete familiarity with sales software such as Rivers and System Associates.
Ability to communicate effectively in negotiations with customers and representatives across the country. Responsible.
