The Headlines:   

 In the role of Sales Activation Manager working in Chicago, IL, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team under Sales. You will be responsible for our new item / innovation commercialization, owning the content and communication needed to successfully sell and support Molson Coors Beverage Company innovation at retail. 

This position reports to Senior Manager, Sales Activation and works closely with our internal sales teams, innovation & brand teams, shopper team, and ISC project managers.

 

 

The Responsibilities: 

Influences and interacts regularly with stakeholders at all levels to understand and align on solutions to remove barriers for the commercial organization relative to executing brand/innovation launches at retail Acts as a representative of the commercial organization, ensuring that the innovation team’s products and plans are market-ready, providing selling support and execution strategies for new items. Owns the creation of the new item webinar, including timelines and processes, and is responsible for necessary content like sales samples, new item calendar, and new item launch grid. Leads sales efforts for retail initiatives (REPs, Innovation, Retail Programs) ensuring that the content is sales ready for innovation and flavor brands. Oversees platforms such as SharePoint and BeerMate Partner Portal to manage marketing and sales content. Provides insights and helps drive simplicity in retail programs to ensure they are user-friendly and efficient.

 

 

 

The Other Qualifications: 

 

You have a Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of selling CPG products  You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome   You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments   You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow   You exhibit our core values
