Will manage Hubspot platform for sales reporting Manage sending out of weekly campaign reports, manage PCR release, case studies etc. Monitor Billings. Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices; Contacting clients to obtain documents on but not limited to billing and accreditation. Maintaining and updating sales records and accuracy of Rev and GP movements. Compiling monthly sales reports. Tracking of project kickoff on a data level (Budgets, Formats used etc for business review of brand) Media / Ads monitoring so that sales can be informed on latest advertisers in YT, Tiktok etc. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
