Sales Admin Budget Manager

Position Summary

- Commercial Finance point person on various commercial related programs such as discount and incentive policy, nationwide promo and marketing initiatives
- Manages customer’s contracted discounts and validation of incentives and claims both for Sales Deduction and Marketing Coop.

Role and Responsibilities

1.[Process review] Review work processes such as contract, PO(Purchase order), supply projection, invoice, inventory, etc. and system management, and propose processes for handling other issues that have not been defined.

2. [Process compliance check] Explain the work processes to the sales force and manage the checking for abnormalities in each sales activity.

3. [Target setting and performance aggregation] Check the validity of annual and monthly targets for sales indices of each sales team such as contracts, PO(Purchase order), supply projections, invoices and inventories, and analyze the gap between the actual and the target.

4. [Marketing expenses validity check] Check the validity of sales promotion expenses and if there's a conflict of interests among different sales factors such as budget planning, validity of the amount and ROI(Return on Investment), set adjustment plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related fields

• Requires at least 8 years of related experience in commercial marketing financial / budget management preferably from similar consumer goods, electronics or other related industries

• People management experience
