Roles & Responsibilities

Deal with client directly to receive their request and act promptly Following to the authorization from ICC/ BV Cert (H) or other BV Cert Office to ensure the Certificates issued in time and correctness. Issuing Certificates and sending to Clients. Following to getting back the Customer Surveys SF 40. Maintaining and upgrading continuously the Client’s list. Ensuring that any new client who has just entered the contract is separated into a new file Ensure that all assessments will be invoiced completely and timely. All problems concerning the invoicing will be settled and submitted to Operation Manager, Certificate Manager for advices if needed. Following the payment form clients and making BV Cert's report monthly. Reach and meet targets as stated in the operation of man day scheduled, DSO Make sure audits program to be informed to the Clients timely and exactly. Being sure that all necessaries for an audit including assessment forms, needed documents (CR, SF01, QM, AUDIT TEMPLATE…) in hard copy or soft copy Check to all specific audit will be fully complied with BMS and to inform the current clients about changes of certification activities and requirements, and change of ownership or loss of AB recognition Review and make ensure that all audit report in soft or hard copy shall be updated after the audit 2 weeks and NCRs raised from the Audit will be push and monitored & to be completed within 90 days. Keeping the audit report in hard or soft to ensure that all IA, SA, RA performance in compliance with the specific requirements of Accreditations Body. Handle customer complaints by directly contact to local technical officer/LTM for all problems concerning to certificates & certificate’s accuracy. Asking for assistance from all sources (foreigners) for the certification presenting Access, update and use BV Cert VN or BV Cert network software/programs for issuance of the dept. invoice and report the financing of the department on appropriated files. To seek the help from accountant and/or seniors for solving overdue debt clients. Update the report for auditing performance on the appropriate mean in accordance with BV Cert's rule. Remind Clients at proper time to ensure they provide the corrective actions timely. To consult with Auditors or LTM / OP/ CM in case of overdue for further solution. Monitor the records of NCR and assist Auditors in answering any question Arrange for all foreigner auditors / subcontractors as required by the business. Schedule and organize business travel for the sustainability advisor, verifier, or manager. Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Candidate Profile

 

Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major At least 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Good command of English Understanding company’s business activities. Be open-minded and trusted  Possess sound judgement, analytical skills and tenacity Has the ability to perceive situations in a realistic way To understand complex operations from a broad perspective.
