Sales Administration Analyst
Job Description

Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned. You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Danfoss, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Management and control of sales orders.
• Perform analysis with the planning team to contribute to the management of backorder items.
• Customer service by telephone and salesforce.
• Interaction with other departments (Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, Production)
• Commission registration and control.
• Forecast control for Key Accounts.
• Act in solving problems related to internal processes and customers’ requirements.
• Support for representatives, distributors and sales employee.
• Management and control of returns and credit notes.
• Management of orders for other Operations (Ex. Bonus, Donation and Sample).
• Compliance with internal rules and policies

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or similar 3+ years’ work experience within a manufacturing company preferred. 2+ years of experience in Customer Service Experience with SAP or similar ERPs Good at following business processes Advanced Spanish-speaking skills Intermediate/Advanced English-speaking skills (Preferred) Great attention to detail, ability to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills. Collaboration and analytical skills to solve problems with customers and collaborate with the Commercial area to fulfill customer needs.
