Position Summary

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the sales administrative tasks.
Our ideal candidate is able to follow standard practices and procedures to deliver the highest quality and preciseness of the results.
The position is suitable for fresh graduates with previous administrative experience as well.

Role and Responsibilities

Budget creation based on a sales decision

Review sales processes including contract, calculation, supply projection invoice, and other tasks

Communication with the Share service center for management of the payment process

Marketing invoice and customer bonus processing

Communication with other departments and ad-hoc administration tasks

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

University – Bc. degree is welcomed

Efficient, able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner

Deliver the highest quality standard and preciseness of the results

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationship

Self-confidence, ability to work independently, personal responsibility

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) - advanced skills

Fluent in Czech/Slovak and advanced in English language
